Jungian conferences coming up soon

At any given time, there are many Jungian conferences taking place all over the world. This month from the 21st to the 27th the C.G. Jung Institute of Colorado hosts Only Separated Things Can Unite: An Alchemical Journey to Love and Consciousness. The seminar will explore themes of alchemy, love, spirit, and the history of Jungian psychology in Puglia, Italy. Key speakers include Giancarlo Magno on “Jung, Alchemy, and the Apulian Land,” Lara Newton on the relationship between matter and spirit, and John Todd on the role of Eros in alchemy. Participants will also study Maria Prophetissa and the Bavarian fairy tale “The Maiden and the Devil.” Three excursions to historical sites, including Matera, enhance the seminar’s exploration of the psyche and consciousness.

In the first half of October, The Process of Transformation takes place at the Catholic University Freiburg from the 4th to the 6th. From the 12th to the 132th, Patricia Leavy speaks at  the Association of Jungian Analysts Center in the hybrid conference Science and Sensibility: Method Meets ArtDr. Leavy will address the topic “Fiction as a Way of Knowing,” highlighting the role of creative expression in expanding knowledge and understanding.

Towards the end of October the C.G. Jung Institute of San Francisco hosts their Presidency Conference, focusing on the psychological aspects of politics, particularly in relation to the U.S. presidential election.
