In this Episode of the podcast I am speaking with Michael Vannoy Adams about Free Thought/Free Speech/Free Association in Psychotherapy. Amongst other things we talk about the history of Psychoanalysis, beginnings with Freud, The Victorian Era, repression, the revolution of psychology, creating the safe space, enabling people to make contact with the ‘other’ dimension, Jung, and without free thought/speech and association therapy can not happen.

Michael Vannoy Adams is an internationally prominent Jungian analyst in New York City. He is a teacher, writer, speaker, painter, and photographer. Adams is a clinical associate professor at the New York University Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. He is also a faculty member at the Jungian Psychoanalytic Association.
