Every semester, Dr. Ann Friedman of The Jung Center’s Mind, Body Spirit Institute will lead us on an ever-renewing exploration of the transformative, healing, and calming powers unleashed when we integrate mindfulness practices into our daily lives. Join us – as you can – for Mindful Being.
Wednesdays in March and April, come with us on a tour through different topics related to mindfulness! From ways to support ourselves and our practices, to ways to deepen and expand our experiences of mindfulness, there’s something useful here for every mindful being.
Each session will include a brief teaching, a practice, and a group discussion. Participation in the discussion is always optional.
